Keep your DIN active with timely director KYC.
ZegalWorks prepares and files DIR-3 KYC for your directors and tracks the due date.
What is Director KYC (DIR-3 KYC)?
Every individual who holds an approved Director Identification Number (DIN) must keep their KYC up to date with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. The form is DIR-3 KYC, and it confirms the director's mobile number, email address and identity details.
The filing cycle and due dates were revised recently, so we confirm the current rule before we file. A director who misses a due date can have the DIN marked as deactivated and pay a late fee to reactivate it, and a deactivated DIN blocks the director from signing company filings.
Who this is for
A good fit if you
- Hold a DIN as a director of a company or designated partner of an LLP
- Want KYC done before the due date, not after
- Have a deactivated DIN to reactivate
- Have several directors and want all filed together
Something else may suit you better if
You do not yet hold a DIN. It is issued as part of company or LLP incorporation.
You need your company's other yearly filings done. See ROC annual filing.
You want a single team to handle all yearly dates. See annual compliance calendar.

How long it takes and what it costs
How often DIR-3 KYC is filed depends on the current MCA rule. With documents ready, the filing itself is usually quick, though timing depends on the MCA portal.
Your total cost has two parts: our professional fee, and any government or statutory fees that apply. Government fees are set by the authority and vary by case, so we give you an itemised quote before you commit to anything. See our pricing page for packages.
